Job-site Development
Secure various community job sites through local business partnerships.

Job sites are developed based on person centered planning and the needs of the individuals. 

Job Coaching
Assist individuals with hands-on vocational training at community job sites.

Consultants teach and model the educational, communication and social skills that are paramount to successful employment.

Assessments
DDC Inc. provides comprehensive Level 1, 2, and 3 Vocational Assessments, Functional Job Analysis, and Vocational Interest Surveys.

Vocational Seminar
In class seminar focusing on resume writing, interviewing skills, effective job searches, interpersonal communication skills, conflict-resolution and social skill building exercises.

Parent Training
Offer parent training and consultation to assist with transfer of skills between the school, work and home environments.

Assist families with the transition from school to adult services including all phases of OPWDD: Front Door, Self-Direction, Residential and Supported Employment practices.

CDOS Credential
Work with students, districts, and families to implement, work towards, and achieve requirements necessary to obtain the CDOS credential.

Ensure all CDOS paperwork and documentation of hours logged at vocational internships are completed and submitted.
