Diversity, Dignity, and Choice has been providing vocational education, counseling, and clinical services for the past decade. DDC Inc. prides itself on delivering high quality and effective services to diverse populations throughout a wide array of environments. Programs are designed to incorporate cutting edge vocational strategies, while working closely with and incorporating corresponding disciplines such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy when appropriate. Close relationships with community businesses are cultivated and nourished, as a result, students are provided with meaningful, practical, and diverse work experiences. Students are able to develop real world vocational skills that are transferable and can assist the student in obtaining competitive employment.

Richard Luft: Owner DDC Inc.
Rich Luft has been providing vocational counseling and job development services, in a variety of clinical settings, for the past fifteen years. Mr. Luft received a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Scranton, specializing in vocational counseling for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.

Mr. Luft founded Diversity, Dignity, and Choice Inc. in 2015, and has had the privilege of providing vocational services to a diverse population of students in districts across Long Island. Mr. Luft works as a self-direction broker with extensive knowledge of OPWDD guidelines and procedures, and has extensive experience in assisting students’ transition into adult services.
